A controllable online player
Your audience won’t always be sitting back and playing video from start to finish. Dartfish.tv’s video documents allow for more creative use of video.
Seamless playback
Dartfish.tv allows progressive playback. This means that any part of the timeline can be selected to start your viewing from a selected point, without having to wait for the entire video to cache first.
Dartfish.tv also enables you to step through a video frame-by-frame to view slow-motion playback.
When a video document is comprised of multiple video file scenes, playback steps smoothly from one to the next, giving the impression of one single video.
Access to annotation
A dartfish.tv timeline shows video position and markers. Too many markers? Filter for only those you want to see. Point at a marker to identify it by title, video position, and thumbnail. Click on it and the video jumps to that point to reveal notes, drawings, and keywords. If it is an event marker, that segment of video plays. Choose to replay the event or continue to play the rest of the video, or find similar markers by clicking one of its keywords.
Access to search results
Video search results continue to be listed next to the video document currently playing, allowing the viewer to move easily from one video to the next.
